Ashmore Manufacturing is a family-run business that specialises in manufacturing bespoke plastic packaging, moulds and other plastic products. In the industry we call it thin-wall manufacturing, but our expertise doesn’t end there, so whatever your plastic manufacturing requirements – you’ve come to the right place.
We started out creating specially formulated tools, patterns and model making. Using traditional engineering skills and the latest technology, our reputation was built from designing and implementing innovative ideas for getting client projects completed. These projects included creating architectural patterns, automotive, aeronautical and wind tunnel models.
Today we focus more on the packaging and mould making. But our overall aim is still to offer a specialised personalised service to our customers, whether that be personalised packaging, custom chocolate moulds or intricate pattern design. We work closely with our clients bringing our skills, knowledge, experience and flexibility to deliver your expectations, on schedule and within budget.
Quality is of upmost importance to us, so all our staff are qualified in NVQ2 Business improvement Techniques and are helping to implement ISO 9001-2008 quality systems.
