Business overview

I'm Colin, and Colin Home Service is a HIA-accredited handyman and home-repair business based in Kingston upon Thames. I cover home repairs and property maintenance across Kingston, Richmond upon Thames, Wimbledon and the rest of south-west London. The honest truth is that I take on the jobs the bigger firms tend to shrug at — the things that keep piling up on the list but never seem worth a phone call to a proper tradesman, until they are. I run this as a local, owner-operated outfit, which means there's no passing you down the line and no one to blame later. I pick up the phone, I quote before anything starts — free, no obligation, no hard sell — I turn up when I said I would, and I leave the place tidier than I found it. The HIA accreditation isn't just a badge on the van either: it means my work is held to recognised standards for home improvement and maintenance, so you're dealing with an accredited tradesman, not a stranger off the internet. Homeowners, landlords and letting agents across Kingston, Richmond, Wimbledon, Surbiton, Twickenham, Esher, Ham, Petersham and the neighbouring postcodes all get the same treatment. So if your to-do list keeps creeping longer and you'd rather someone competent just sorted it, give me a ring. Straight advice, a fair quote, and the job done right the first time, that's the whole idea.
