Business overview

Whether you are relocating from abroad, moving 500 yards or simply looking for a wise investment perhaps in prime central London, we give you total peace of mind. A very high proportion of our acquisitions are purchased off market, sourced through our extensive personal contacts. We look after our clients as if they were family, we spend your money as if it were our own. We believe in a personalised service which is why, unlike many larger firms, we never take on two clients with similar briefs so as to avoid any conflicts of interest; and so ensuring that when that rare gem comes along, you will be the only person we will tell about it. For over 20 years, our business has thrived on word-of-mouth referrals and personal recommendations, a testament to the trust that we have built with our clients.

Our services continue long after we have found you a property, sometimes for years. We are always on the end of the phone whether you intend to undertake a major building project, or just need help in the day to day necessities of life. Whether you’re planning a major renovation or simply need assistance with every day matters, we’re always just a phone call away. Through our exclusive network, built solely on merit, we can connect you with top-tier professionals - architects, contractors, project managers, interior designers and security experts, domestic staff, personal assistants, the best local shops, personal trainers, wellbeing services, private travel options. We can also recommend schools and much more - we call this our Little Black Book.
